Senior Business Analyst

Xorbix Technologies is a Global IT service and software company providing technology solutions across a variety of business disciplines. We have a need for Business Analyst possessing 5 years experience for our client in Milwaukee, WI.

Contract Duration: 6 months 

Responsibility:

- Gather requirement specifications

Required Skills:

- 5 years Business Analyst experience.

- 5 years requirements gathering experience in an IT environment.

- Ability to estimate, plan, organize and coordinate execution of activities with multiple parties.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities concurrently.

- A proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.

- Highly experienced in and competent at analyzing complex problems and facilitating efforts to identify solution.

- A history of success working in a variety of application and business areas.

- Develops good working relationships with business partners / sponsors.

- Must be able to facilitate/coordinate meetings and discussions across a corporate environment.

- Demonstrates high attention to detail.

- Strong coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation skills.

- Communicates effectively, both orally and written to management, technology team and business.

Highly Desired Skills:

- Health insurance background with an understanding of the terminology.

- Knowledge of agent commissions and licensing.

Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent field
